Choosing healthy frozen entrees is easy. Just follow the guidelines below and you'll be sure to choose a meal that fits within your Nutrition Guidance Meal Plan.

A good rule is to pick entrees that include plenty of vegetables.

PROTEIN 20 grams or more

CARBS < 20 grams if just starch in meal
< 30 grams if starch and vegetable in meal
< 45 grams if starch, vegetable and fruit in meal

FAT 8 grams or less

SODIUM 700 mg or less

TRANS FATS
